January 19, 1984
 
Born on January 19, 1984.
    Heather was born in Nacogdoches, Texas on January 19th to Paul & Tammy. She has one sister, Jennifer. She was a beautiful child. So full of Life. She was always soooo busy!
1988
 
Heather grew up not only with a mama & daddy that loved her, but with her big sister that adored her, protected her and always, always loved her.
1989
 
Heather started playing softball when she was 5. Her first team as the "Honeybees". Her daddy coached her until she graduated from HS. She was a pitcher and played for the "Nacogdoches Royals"  and the "Nacogdoches Lady Dragons". She treasured her "Softball Years" and planned for her and her daddy to coach Ava one day.

Heather grew up with the love and protection of her Big sister and Best Friend Jennifer
December 15, 2006
 
on December 15, 2006 Heather married "her other half" Jacob Ray Graff. She loved him completely.
2008
 
After High School, Heather attended EastTexas Baptist University. She graduated in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She was employed at Nacogdoches Medical Center as a Labor & Delivery Nurse. She loved her job and became family with her co-workers. Always loving people deeply.
December 3, 2009
 
On December 3,2009, Heather's Life was complete. She gave birth to her precious baby girl, Ava Reese Graff. She loved her baby with all her heart.
April 5, 2010
 
Passed away on April 5, 2010.
   Heather spent Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010 with her family. She enjoyed Ava's First Easter. She cooked supper for us that night and spent the last few hours with her sister, sharing memories and laughter.
Heather died of a Brain aneurysm. She was 26 years old. Her daughter was 4 months old.
2011
 
Heather was the ABSOLUTE JOY of my Life. She was my BABY GIRL. My life will never be the same without her. I soooo look forward to spending eternity with her in Heaven.
